It includes implementing response plans, monitoring the situation, taking necessary precautionary measures, and supporting formal relief.

Assessment Activities

Performance tasks and practical scenarios:  

  • PPE
  • Report & record
  • Container truck carrying pesticides is on fire
  • Small machinery fire in a workshop
  • Small grass fire

Documentation – Completion of a site-based incident reporting form and Equipment fault log.

Theory assessment – A written assessment consisting of multiple-choice and short answer questions to be completed at the end of the training session.
